Do you charge for quotations?
No. The home visit and written quotation are free and carry no obligation. You only pay if you go ahead with the work.
How soon can you start?
Typically one to three weeks from approval, depending on the season and the size of the job. Larger whole-home projects are usually scheduled two to four weeks ahead. We confirm exact dates in writing before you commit.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Beenham near Reading and cover Berkshire and the surrounding counties — including Newbury, Thatcham, Theale, Pangbourne, Basingstoke and the wider Reading area. Further afield is possible for larger projects; just ask.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, unless you have a specific product in mind. We use trusted trade brands and can match any named paint or finish you prefer. Materials are itemised in your quotation.
Are you insured?
Yes — Innovate Studio Ltd carries full public liability insurance on every domestic job.
How do I pay?
A modest deposit books your dates, with the balance due on completion once you have walked through and approved the finished work. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
What if I am not happy with something?
You tell us at the final walk-through — or any time before final payment — and we put it right. Our workmanship is guaranteed; that is the whole point of signing off together.
Can you work while we live in the property?
Yes, most of our work happens in occupied homes. We room by room where possible, protect furniture and floors, and keep noise and dust to working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm).
