Working with Innovate Studio Ltd is deliberately simple: four steps, no surprises, and you sign off the work before we call it finished.
Step 1 — Enquiry & Free Home Visit
Call, email or send the contact form with a few details about your project. We arrange a free home visit, look at the work in person, measure up and talk through materials, colours and timing. Usually within a few days of your enquiry.
Step 2 — Written Fixed Quotation
You receive an itemised written quotation: what is included, the materials we will use, the schedule and the fixed price. No vague day rates, no hidden extras. The quote is valid for 30 days and there is no obligation.
Step 3 — The Work, Done Properly
One consistent team carries out the work on the agreed dates. Floors and furniture are protected, preparation comes before any finishing, and we clean down at the end of every day. If something unexpected turns up — like a hidden repair — we stop, explain and agree it with you before proceeding.
Step 4 — Final Walk-Through
When the work is complete we walk through every room together. Anything you are not happy with gets put right there and then. Only when you are satisfied do we take the balance payment — and our workmanship guarantee stays with the job.
