For rooms getting new flooring or overdue repairs. Subfloor levelling, screed repairs, skirting and beading work, and fitting preparation so your new floor goes down on a sound, level base. Quoted per room based on condition and area.
4. Minor Fitting Work
For the finishing touches that tie a room together. Door hanging and adjustment, ironmongery, skirting and architrave, shelving, curtain poles, radiators covers and similar small fittings — done as part of a larger job or as standalone tasks. Booked in half-day or full-day slots.
5. Whole-Home Redecoration
For full refreshes before moving in, after tenancies, or as part of renovation projects. Multi-room painting and decorating with one consistent team, a fixed schedule and a single point of contact from quote to walk-through.
